I don’t have the heart to do this but I can’t handle being treated like this anymore. I just want to be happy!

I’m in a common-law relationship and we have a 3yr old child together. The only thing is, is that when it comes to raising our child; my boyfriend (father of my child) won’t help around the house or with taking care of her. His family lives REALLY close to us and NEVER comes to visit. Our child is lucky to see his parents (her grandparents) 5 times a year. She see’s my parents’ way more and they live up north. I don’t have any help here! I want to move back home close to my family where I KNOW I’ll have all the help I need, but he won’t go for it. I’m willing to go with or without him only for the fact that he’s just as lazy as his family. I’m not allowed to go out anywhere if it means leaving my daughter home with her father so that I can get a break. He even has problems with just spending time with the his daughter and I (family time). I know I can’t just get up and leave with my daughter in hand without him knowing, for that would be considered kidnapping.
My boyfriend’s mom doesn’t believe in marriage and neither does he. To me this relationship has got to the hopeless point. We’ve been together for just over 4 years and for 3 of those 4 yrs he has not done any house work. I’ve tried getting a job (was working for about 2 weeks) and every time I came home the house was 5 times more messier then when I left it and I would have to clean up everything. I refuse to work now until she starts school in Sept for the fact that he won’t touch a thing. I’ll get on his case about it a lot and he just gives the same excuse every time. I’m the one with the job, so I don’t have to work when I get home. Yet all he does is come home and glue himself to the computer and if our daughter goes over to give him a kiss or sit on his lap he freaks. He doesn’t even say hi to me anymore (about 3 months now) when he comes home from work. No kiss, I love you, or how was your day. If I ask him I get ignored. I think he’s crossed the line!
Also, the whole apartment building hears him every time he yells at me or our daughter. My friend from downstairs has told me that one day EVERYONE was gathered outside our door afraid of what was going to happen because of his yelling.
